Thank you to all of our visitors, groups, staff and supporters for standing with us through this Covid-19 pandemic. As the situation in the UK starts to ease, we are excited to be slowly re-opening our centres to offer a variety of day activities.
We are delighted that all four Rock UK centres have achieved the Visit Britain ‘We’re Good to Go’ award.
All centres hold the 'We're Good to Go' certificate which demonstrates our commitment to following industry and Government guidance to maintain cleanliness and social distancing.
To meet Government guidelines we have implemented the following measures so that you can book with confidence.
- Book in advance
All bookings must be made in advance online or by phone/email. Payments must be made by debit/credit card only. No cash except in Summit Café.
- Track and Trace
All participants contact details are recorded (in accordance with GDPR) to assist with the Government track and trace procedures.
- Reduced group sizes
Our group sizes have been reduced to ensure our activities meet the current government advice.
- Please bring your own face covering
We advise you bring a basic face covering with you for activity sessions, this might have to be worn when social distancing cannot be followed, for example, checking of equipment, when staff and guests will be asked to wear a face mask. These will be used inline with the most recent government and medical advice.
- Social distancing measures
Social distancing will be maintained and where not possible instructors will wear appropriate PPE. Please follow the signage on site to ensure this is maintained.
- Hand hygiene
All participants are required to declare they are symptom free and must wash their hands before the session begins. We recommend you bring your own hand sanitiser however there will be hand sanitiser provided at each session.
- Enhanced cleaning
You will see enhanced cleaning practices taking place around our centres. All equipment is cleaned or set aside for 72 hours between each use to meet government and industry standards.
- You can help us
Do not visit if you suspect you might have COVID-19 or if you have new symptoms such as a high temperature or new persistent cough. Please follow social distancing and regular hand washing advice. We are monitoring government and health advice and we will update our measures accordingly. For further information or advice please email our centres.
