Book with Confidence

Our centres are open and our booking teams are working hard to deal with your enquiries as quickly as possible. We still have a reduced staff team at the moment so please bear with us.

All our centres have been awarded the ‘We’re Good to Go’ certificate and we have Covid-19 procedures in place, you can also book with confidence with our amended Terms and Conditions.

Our teams have worked hard to ensure that we are ‘good to go’ and as we follow all the appropriate guidance to ensure our venues and activities are safe and Covid-19 secure

“Staff ensured they kept their distance reminding children where needed to step back. They wore their face coverings when within 2 metres of children or staff. They ensured regular hand sanitising was happening.”

Book with confidence

In these uncertain times, we understand the importance of having something to look forward to for your group, but we also know that you need to be confident that your money and your plans are protected. We hope that the flexibility and assurance below gives you the confidence to start counting down to a visit to one of our Rock UK centres:

  • Unless DFE guidance changes, for all new bookings between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021, we will be delaying the payment of deposits until 12 weeks prior to your stay. Deposits are non-refundable, however, should your group be unable to visit the centre due to a Covid-19 outbreak or due to local lockdown your deposit payment will be transferrable to a future date meaning that you will not lose any money.
  • For new bookings and existing bookings, to give you even more confidence, we wont be issuing final invoices 4 weeks prior to your stay, with final invoices due 14 days before arrival, you will therefore have the option to cancel your visit up to 14 days prior to your arrival without incurring any additional costs. All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged.
  • We ask you to keep up to date with the government advice and COVID-19 regulations and understand what this means for your personal/group circumstances. If you do make the decision to continue with your break then we will assume that you and your group are compliant with government advice

“I won't give up when faced with a challenge."

Schools

We are currently running day visits which aim to support your ‘Recovery Curriculum’ whilst retaining the safety of the class ‘bubble’. Now, more than ever, it is vital that we are bringing classes together to bond and grow. Outdoor education continues to be a vital aspect of children’s learning. Whether you are looking to replace your usual residential visit with a series of day visits or looking to get your pupils out of the classroom for a day, we can help you build a bespoke program to fit your needs. All of our instructors have been trained in line with the government guidelines.

Residential trips can also now go ahead in England and Wales.
